Shipping Reminder: For jewelry repair shipments, coverage applies when you use USPS Registered Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx, or UPS, and a receipt is required.

To ensure the best protection, remember to get updated jewelry appraisals for your items. You have the option to decline the IVA service, which may applied when your item’s appraisal is more than two years old at the time of policy renewal.
Preventive Maintenance
To ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition we offer coverage for prong retipping, repair of broken, worn, or bent prongs and earring posts, clasp replacement, restringing of broken or stretched pearl strands, and stone tightening.*
